MERCEDES 500SL 5.0 AUTO. LOW MILES, LOW OWNERS. FULL SPEC.   LOVELY CONDITION.

 

Mercedes 500Sl-Low mileage with only circa 53k miles from new. Low owners previous owner had for approx 8 years, prior to this there are only 2 owners from brand new. The original service manual and documentation shows the car was registered March 2003 and is Obsiddian Metallic Black. Which apart from the odd chip etc remonstrative of 18 years, is immaculate. Also as you would expect from a well looked after low mileage example the interior in light Grey is immaculate. There is hardly any sign of wear. The original Merc overmats are still in place. The 500Sl is loaded with all the extras one could wish for all of which are functioning correctly. The Air con is ice cold. The electric seats inc the headrests are perfect. They also come with the option of massaging setting. The electric roll bar operates perfectly and it also incorporates the factory mesh wind deflector. As many will know the 500 spec included the ABC suspension system allowing hydraulically operated height and suspension settings. This is all working as it should be and the history file confirms it has had a new replacement pump in its lifetime. The factory alloys have just had a full professional refurbishment and are as new.  Needless to say the electric fold away roof, which is a major plus point for these grand tourers works perfectly.
 

These 500s represent superb value for money and are increasing in value each year. They were circa 80k new and a low mileage, low owners , well maintained, high spec example in one of the best colour combinations is always going to desirable . Extensive service history inc stamped book and invoices. Long MOT thru to August 2022.
